Following the success of our Anderson Moore’s website, we were approached by their owners, Pets at Home, to create a website for Veterinary Specialists Scotland – their new specialist referral practice in Scotland.

VSS is a new multi-disciplinary referral hospital with a team of highly motivated specialists. Their aim is to deliver the best possible clinical care to pets from all over Scotland and Northern England.

Ambrose Fox has developed the new VSS website with the aim to showcase their commitment to care, and the various veterinary services that the VSS team have to offer. The website was also designed to optimise user experience with a simple layout that is clear and informative.

The homepage is structured to follow a simple pattern of short text and image, with clear headings so users can swiftly and easily navigate the page. 

Links to various services VSS has to offer are presented in large buttons which click through to pages with more information. Designed to be simple and easy-to-use, information on the VSS website is easily accessible.

Other pages include a ‘Contact’ page which allows users to sign up to a newsletter either as a ‘Pet Owner’ or ‘Veterinary Specialist’ from a drop-down list. A ‘How to find us’ section is also included with a useful integrated Google Maps window.

Team profiles can be viewed on ‘Our Team’, outlining the experience and qualifications of each team member. While the ‘About’ page outlines VSS’ journey so far, their goals for the future, and celebrates their commitment to excellence in care.
